Great location near popular attractions and economical eateries. Friendly and welcoming staff, particularly Jason and Tanuja.- Various activities available, such as yoga, board games, and music jamming
Room mix-up upon arrival and unhelpful staff in resolving the issue. Room was smaller than advertised, with broken bed and bathroom latch.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in Mysore. The location is perfect, situated in a safe yet lively neighborhood where you'll find everything you need. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay. The rooms, though not luxurious, were clean and had everything I needed, including an ensuite bathroom. The breakfast offered was delicious, and it was a great value for money considering the good cheap food options available around the hotel.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was a pleasant one.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms with shared bathrooms. I loved the big lockers provided for guests, ensuring the safety of their belongings. The location in the center of the city is perfect, nestled in a safe yet lively neighborhood where you'll find everything you need. Additionally, being in close proximity to both palaces is a major plus.

it was situated in a central location, which made it easy to walk to many of the main attractions in the area. Another advantage was the beautiful and well-maintained sitting areas.
The check-in process was not very welcoming, and the staff seemed to speak very little English, which made communicating difficult. the lack of clear and proper signage to identify the hotel made our initial experience a little confusing.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving experience, with a complimentary breakfast that was beyond delicious and a free yoga class that was so relaxing. The location was perfect for exploring the city and all its beauty, and the garden was a breathtaking addition. I appreciated the friendly staff who were always polite and attentive to our needs.
There were a few minor drawbacks that detracted from our experience. The payment options were not transparent, and we were forced to withdraw cash because credit card machines were not working.
